KUALA LUMPUR: Celcom users nationwide were unable to make or receive calls and text messages for about 12 hours yesterday. The problem affected all its users in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. A customer service representative said the problem was caused by a technical glitch on their main server from 9.30am. "Our technicians are working on the problem," said the spokesman. Services resumed at 9.30pm yesterday.
