Naza TTDI officially opens KL Metropolis sales gallery

KUALA LUMPUR: Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd has officially opened the KL Metropolis sales gallery at their flagship development of KL Metropolis.

The sales gallery is situated at the heart of MET1, one of the components of KL Metropolis.

Naza TTDI chief executive officer Daniel Lim said the company had planned six future launches with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM3 billion for the next three years.

"We are pleased to welcome visitors and owners to our newly opened sales gallery to provide potential and current property investors and buyers with a more personalised purchase experience and a first-hand experience of our innovative properties with high-end and sustainable amenities.

"Although the construction sector has reopened and is almost at full momentum following the lockdown due to the global pandemic, we are looking forward to the completion of MET 1 by the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2022.

"We have planned six future launches with a total GDV of RM3 billion for the next three years," he said.

The company's next project will be the launch of TTDI Za'aba Residences in Taman Tun Dr Ismail by Q4.

Housed at the sales gallery are two show units of MET1 Residences which to date is almost 100 per cent completed.

The exhibitions at the sales gallery are scale models of the entire KL Metropolis and the MET 1 projects.

The sales gallery will be open to visitors daily from 10am to 6pm and will provide up-to-date information on the development progress and sales enquiries for potential buyers and investors for KL Metropolis.

With a GDV of RM21 billion, spanning 75.5 acres, KL Metropolis will be Naza TTDI's new landmark in Kuala Lumpur, with the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) at its centre.
