KUALA LUMPUR: KSK Land Sdn Bhd has denied talk that its 8 Conlay project is facing any work suspension.
In a statement, KSK Land said its shareholders remained firmly committed to 8 Conlay.
Despite the pandemic challenges, it said there had been steady progress in the YOO8 Branded Residences.
"Tower A is currently at 60.31 per cent completion with 100 per cent completion of structural work and 85 per cent of architectural work as of August 3, 2022," it said.
As a lifestyle and property design developer, KSK Land said the company led the way with transparency in construction progress through data-driven solutions and cutting-edge proptech.
"KSK Land's unique 8 Conlay App details construction progress down to the unit level – a first-of-its-kind feature.
"This information is also available on discover.8conlay.com," it said.
Meanwhile, KSK Land said YOO8 branded residences' steady construction progress and the 8 Conlay had boosted its shareholders' and 8 Conlay buyers' confidence.
The company continues.to expect the completion of YOO8 Tower A by early 2023 and subsequently, YOO8 Tower B by the end of 2023.
"This will be followed by the completion of the retail podium, expected within the first half of 2023 while the 8 Conlay Kempinski Hotel is expecting completion within the first half of 2024," it added.
