KUALA LUMPUR: Amanah Raya Bhd has appointed Ahmad Feizal Sulaiman Khan as group managing director effective from Oct 11.
Prior to his appointment at Amanah Raya, Ahmad Feizal had served as the chief business officer of Malaysian Rating Corporation Bhd.
He has over 20 years of experience across four continents in corporate finance, capital markets, real estate and business management.
Ahmad Feizal was a fellow chartered accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
He obtained his Bachelor of Science in accounting and financial analysis from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
"Amanah Raya welcomes the appointment of Ahmad Feizal as the new group managing director and is confident that he will spearhead the group in maintaining its dominance as the country's leading legacy management service provider which encompasses will-writing, custodianship, trust and estate administration services," said the company in a statement.
