KUALA LUMPUR: Leading water, air and home wellness specialists Coway Malaysia Sdn Bhd hope to increase sales in Malaysia following the company's rebranding exercise.
Managing director Kyle Choi said Malaysia is the key driver to the company's sales growth, and Coway has been a part of many Malaysian households through its range of products and services.
"In commemorating our 17th year of service to the Malaysian market, we are introducing a new brand identity that reflects our unwavering dedication to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, and our ambition to inspire Malaysians to live healthier and happier lives," Kyle said at the rebranding event today.
The brand makeover campaign coincides with Coway's 17th anniversary and reflects the company's ongoing dedication to improving people's lives through new products and services.
During the brand renewal event, senior Coway Malaysia executives discussed the brand's history and progress since its inception in the Malaysian market in 2006.
The brand has broadened its product offerings for the Malaysian public from water and air purifiers to a more holistic home appliance experience.
This includes the introduction of Coway's new appearance and new product extensions, such as the latest Coway air conditioner and massage chair.
Marketing director Ryan Jung stated that quality criteria are also established to generate high-quality items for each product.
"In Malaysia, Coway also has a research and development (R&D) centre to improve and produce better products than it does now," he explained.
