KUALA LUMPUR: Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), will partner Impiana Land & Development Sdn Bhd for a residential development with a gross development value of RM1.5 billion.
According to Kwasa Land, the project will entail the construction of landed homes, as well as low and mid-rise condominium on a land area of approximately 47 acres.
Coined as Serene Kwasa Damansara, it said the project will be nestled across three distinct plots.
"The project will be delivered in phases with the first phase expected to be completed in the fourth quarter (Q4) 2028," it said.
Kwasa Land managing director Datuk Adenan Md Yusof said the township will be developed with surrounding green spaces, great connectivity to transportation networks and also designed with the family unit in mind in meeting with lifestyle needs of Malaysians today.
Adenan said Serene Kwasa Damansara will complement its efforts as the master developer, boosting the value of this township.
"We look forward to offering various residential offerings with Impiana, leveraging their vast experience in high quality development equipped with top-notch facilities," he said.
Serene Kwasa Damansara is Impiana's second development in Kwasa Damansara. Its first project in the township is called Linari Damansara.
Linari Damansara occupies an 8.9-acre site and has a GDV of RM450 million. It consists of a two-tower condominium with 480 units and 16 units of Park Homes (cluster townhouse).
Expected to be completed in 2027, Linari Damansara will have a pedestrian walkway to Kwasa Damansara MRT station.
