KUALA LUMPUR: Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo made a second visit to Macrokiosk Malaysia recently, highlighting the company's significant growth and global impact since his last visit in 2019.
Gobind commended Macrokiosk for its achievements over the past five years, emphasising its role as a leading Malaysian enterprise solutions platform company driving digital innovation across Asia and beyond.
He congratulated Macrokiosk on its 24th anniversary this month, praising the company's use of advanced technology to set industry benchmarks and enable businesses to thrive in a rapidly evolving market.
Gobind also previewed Macrokiosk's upcoming enterprise solutions platform integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), aimed at further enhancing business capabilities.
Macrokiosk co-founder and chief executive officer Datuk Kenny Goh highlighted the company's expansion and its commitment to developing digital solutions that cater to diverse business needs.
With a workforce of over 250, predominantly based in Malaysia, he said Macrokiosk continues to grow its global footprint while prioritising sustainable business practices aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
"Macrokiosk's dedication to innovation and sustainability was further underscored by its new Malaysia office, located within a Grade-A green integrated development."
The company's global offices also adhere to green-certified standards, reflecting its commitment to environmental responsibility, he added.
On Macrokiosk's contribution to Malaysia's digital transformation journey, Goh reiterated the company's mission to be a leading player in enhancing the nation's digital economy.
Founded in 2000 by brothers Kenny, Datuk Henry Goh and CS Goh, Macrokiosk has been pivotal in driving mobile and digital engagement across Malaysia, supporting over 40 banking and financial services companies across Asia.
The company's enterprise solutions platform offers omnichannel communication, multichannel payment solutions, analytical engagement, and actionable marketing tools.
