KUALA LUMPUR: Haily Group Bhd's shares jumped to an all-time high after it bagged a contract worth RM76.65 million to build 171 units of link houses in Johor.
Its shares rose as much as 10 per cent to 85 sen versus Thursday's closing price of 77 sen.
At 10am, its shares was up 7.14 per cent to 82.5 sen.
Year-to-date, the company's share price has surged 91.86 per cent.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia Securities, the company announced that its subsidiary, Haily Construction Sdn Bhd accepted the letter of award from Razin Architects Sdn Bhd on Thursday.
The first phase of the construction has two separate projects.
Both projects commenced on July 16 and are expected to complete on March 15, 2025 and and October 15, 2025.
The second phase of the contract will start within nine months after the commencement of the first one and is slated to complete 22 months from July 16, 2024.
