KUALA LUMPUR: Advancecon Holdings Bhd's subsidiary, Spring Energy Sdn Bhd has entered into a mining services agreement with Imerys Minerals Malaysia Sdn Bhd to carry out mining works at Gunung Terundum, Perak.
In its filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Advancecon said its subsidiary, Spring Energy has been appointed as contractor on a non-exclusive basis to carry out the mining works.
"The works includes supplying plant, labour, and equipment, operating and maintaining the quarry / stockpile management, transporting and managing the wastes and any related mining works and services," it said.
The term of the agreement will continue in a period of 42 months from July 1,2024 to December 31, 2027.
Advancecon was up 1.85 per cent to 27.5 sen a share, giving it a market capitalisation of RM160.8 million.
