MARKET PULSE PM NOV 1, 2024 [WATCH]

KUALA LUMPUR: News on stock, crypto and ringgit moves.

Bursa Malaysia's 30-stock key index closed marginally higher, supported by buying in plantation stocks.

Ongoing demand for plantation stocks is likely to continue next week spurred by rising crude palm oil prices.

The index is likely to trend within the range of 1,600 and 1,630 next week.

The ringgit strengthened against the dollar at 4.3770.

In the crypto market, Bitcoin traded slightly lower at RM303,583.

Ethereum stood at RM10,954 and Solana was RM727.

That's it for Market Pulse.
