KUALA LUMPUR: MK Land Holdings Bhd has bagged two accolades at the GreenRE Award 2024, reaffirming its achievement and contribution to property development and sustainability.
MK Land was recognised for its sustainability efforts with the Best Residential Development (High Rise) Award for its flagship project in Damansara Damai, Residensi Suasana @ Damai. Simultaneously, at the Malaysia Excellence Business Awards 2024 (MEBA 2024).
MK Land was also honoured with the Excellence in Property Development Sector Award, acknowledging its exceptional contribution to shaping communities through innovative, high-quality developments across the country for the past 25 years.
Group chief operating officer Ahmad Soalahuddin Al-Thani Ahmad Termizi said the awards are a reflection of the company's steadfast commitment to delivering developments that balance modern living with environmental stewardship.
