KUALA LUMPUR: Vivo Malaysia has officially announced the latest additions to its stylish V series, the V25e and V25.
The new V25 series also inherits the Vivo V series' heritage as a camera-centric smartphone, this time featuring a flagship-level 64MP OIS ultra-sensing main camera with intuitive imaging technology for better night photography capability.
The series also come in Colour Changing Fluorite AG Glass in two different variants — the Sunrise Gold and Aquamarine Blue, where the rear panel changes hue when exposed to UV light, reflecting the dynamic personalities of users.
Speaking at the launch event, Vivo brand manager Raymond Teoh said, the V-series is the brand's innovative series, featuring fresh features for its users.
"Vivo V series has always been about being innovative and technologically-advanced, while exuding style and encouraging users to create, have fun, and explore. The new V25e and V25 continue to embody this concept and provide users with fresh tools and features. Users want a smartphone that is aesthetically pleasing and has excellent functional attributes. With the carefully designed new devices, users can capture the best moments in life with their family and friends anywhere, any time with intuitive camera technologies, while expressing their creativity and emotions through the unique colour-changing design," said Teoh.
The front camera, on the other hand, comes with Natural Portrait video mode, which enhances the overall skin texture and clarity as well as Hybrid Image Stabilisation (OIS+EIS) for clearer and more stable videos in 4K HD.
The V25e and V25 have 32MP and 50MP HD front cameras respectively.
Featuring a thin 2.5D body that is 7.79mm, the phones feature a punch hole centred display design.
The V25 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor with a high energy-efficiency ratio and 8GB RAM + 8GB extended RAM, while the V25e is fitted with a MediaTek Helio G99 processor with 256GB internal storage and with memory expansion of up to 1TB.

The vivo V25 and vivo V25e are now available at RM1,799 and RM1,399, respectively and can be purchased from all vivo concept stores, authorised dealers, vivo Malaysia's official e-Stores, and vivo Malaysia's official flagship stores on Shopee and Lazada.
