#Showbiz: Zulin shares secret of losing 10kg in 2 weeks

KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Zulin Aziz, who was ribbed by Netizens for her plus-sized appearance when she first began her career a decade ago, is now a “slim and trim” poster girl.

The graduate of Datuk Rosyam Nor’s actor search programme Pilih Kasih readily shares her slimming tips with fans, and two days ago she revealed on Instagram that she was on an “egg diet”.

“Now that open houses are over, I’m sharing some tips on how I shrunk by 10 kilogrammes over the last two weeks," she said in her post accompanied by a video that showed some of her daily meals.

“Every day at breakfast, I have two boiled eggs and a citrus fruit, either orange or grapefruit, while lunch is either a portion of greens and roast chicken, a portion of sliced fruits, or two slices of low fat cheese,” she revealed in her post.

“As for dinner, it’s similar to lunch. You can rotate your lunch and dinner menus easily, too.”

Zulin’s video received more than 170,000 views and 720 comments. Netizens commended her for making sure she ate right every day, and many of them told her they would emulate the “Zulin diet”.

“Simple and effective, Zulin. I’m willing to try,” said Siti Rahayu.
