#Showbiz: Keeping it natural with good rest, no anti-aging solutions for BTS' Jin

KUALA LUMPUR: With expectations already astronomical for BTS’ comeback on April 12 with the release of its new album, Map Of The Soul: Persona, the K-Pop giant’s seven members would surely be under a lot of stress from their busy schedules.

According to Soompi, BTS member Jin shared a little about the new release and their experience so far during a recent V Live broadcast.

Careful not to give away any spoilers on their first single, he said: “The choreography is good, and the song is good. I don’t know about the music video as it’s not out yet. There’s something special too.”

Considering that the group has an ultra packed schedule, Jin also told fans that BTS’ agency, Big Hit Entertainment, was taking good care of them.

The 26-year-old singer-songwriter, explained that the agency had set aside proper time for the boys to rest while preparing for the group’s comeback.

Apparently, two thirds of the group’s schedule had been dedicated to preparation and work on the comeback, while the remaining third was solely for the member’s rest time or creating content for fans, lovingly dubbed Army.

He added: “I think that’s why our album has good quality. I think our agency has a good strategy, it’s smart. Our agency is quite smart.”

Jin also talked about growing older and aging during the live broadcast with fans. According to Koreaboo, the idol revealed that he recently noticed wrinkles around his mouth and forehead during a photo shoot.

This was apparently after a fan had asked him, “how come you’re so beautiful?” When other fans tried to assure the idol that having wrinkles was a handsome trait, Jin playfully brushed off any worries and said that the word “wrinkle” sounded like the name of a cartoon character.

He added that he planned to age naturally, without any “artificial treatments”.

Looks like Jin and the boys are well prepped for a busy April. Aside from BTS’ comeback, the group will be continuing with its Love Yourself world tour with two concerts in Thailand on April 6 and 7.

BTS will also be making its debut performance on popular American show, Saturday Night Live, on April 13.

On April 24, the group will be attending the inaugural The Fact Music Awards, along with Twice, Red Velvet, Mamamoo and many more.
