KUALA LUMPUR: The luxury residence belonging to entrepreneur Muhammad Sajjat Kamaruz Zaman, or Nur Sajat, will be auctioned off at RM4.68 million.
According to a Harian Metro report yesterday, a post from a real estate agent revealed that the two-storey bungalow located in Section 10, Petaling Jaya will be auctioned off on May 13.
"After migrating to Australia, Nur Sajat wanted to sell this house for over RM9 million. But now, the house will be auctioned off by the bank for only RM4.68 million," wrote the agent.
The post received various reactions from netizens on social media.
"Not sure if it can be bought even after a 10th auction. Can just afford to look at it. Hopefully, someone else will be lucky enough to own this beautiful house," wrote one netizen.
Another said: "Sajat's house is huge. No wonder his life is lonely and full of controversy."
