#SHOWBIZ: Ara Johari's heartbreak track had help from Indonesian talents

SINGER Ara Johari is very happy to have been able to work with skilled Indonesian talents for her latest single 'Menjaga Jodoh Orang Lain'.

Famous music personalities Adrian Rahmat Purwanto and Ilham Baso, who previously contributed tracks to Judika, composed the track for the 27-year-old artiste.

"This is a new experience in my artistic career. They've worked with a lot of big names such as Mahalini, Lyodra, and Keisya Levronka. I feel lucky and thank God, the recording went smoothly.

"Working with them was easy and fast. Honestly, I fell in love when I first heard the demo of this song.

"Coincidentally, I was heartbroken at the time and when I heard this song, the pain pierced my heart," said Ara, whose real name is Nurfarrah Izatie Johari, at a recent launch event for her song.

The singer, who was in Jakarta, Indonesia to record the song, added: "I'm sure everyone who hears it will be touched, especially those who are going through a break-up and their ex-love interest has married someone else."

Ara finished fourth place in the 13th season of the reality programme, 'Akademi Fantasia', and is known for her hit songs 'Warkah Untukku', 'Bunga', and 'Paku'.
