KUALA LUMPUR: Fuelsubs House Sdn Bhd’s (FHSB) shareholder Datuk Razali Naina Merican is selling his entire 16.5 per cent stake in the company to Meridian Management Sdn Bhd (MPMSB) on a “willing-buyer-willing seller” basis.
FHSB director Zaid Kader Shah said the company recently made a capital call in an attempt to gradually increase its share capital.
“All shareholders participated except Razali, who opted to dispose of his shares in the company,” he said in a statement yesterday.
MPMSB is a Bumiputera-owned company led by Dr Mohamad Azrin Zubir.
