JOHOR BARU: The Tunku Temenggong of Johor Tunku Idris Sultan Ibrahim organised a charity drive, aiming at the rehabilitation of the flood victims today.
Tunku Idris who is an avid luxury car enthusiast roped in over 60 super cars owners from Singapore.
Tunku Idris said when he saw the devastation of the floods in Kelantan, Pahang and Perak, he wanted do his part to help the victims. "I regularly participate in the Singapore Super Car Club members activities, thus I decided to rope them in this cause.
"Today members from the Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW M, Aston Martin and Mc Laren from the republic participated in this drive. Each member paid a RM3,000 participating fee which included a tour in the state Administration Centre in Kota Iskandar and lunch.
