KUALA LUMPUR: Goh V Shem-Tan Wee Kiong clinched their first Grand Prix Gold title at the Syed Modi International Badminton Championships in Lucknow today.
The World No 16 overcame a first game blemish to edge India’s Pranaav Jerry Chopra-Akshay Dewalkar 14-21, 24-22, 21-8 in 61 minutes in the men’s doubles final.
It was also their second career title after winning the US Open Grand Prix last December.
