SEPANG: National carrier Malaysia Airlines Bhd (MAB) is kick-starting its cabin refurbishment plans for its Airbus A330-300 aircraft with the launch of the new Business Class seats.
MAB chief commercial officer, Paul Simmons said there is still room for improvement in terms of the airline's product offerings, particularly for its business class onboard.
He added that the new Business Class cabin seats will be carried out in stages on all 15 of MAB's A330 aircraft by September 2016.
Simmons was speaking to reporters onboard the A330-300 after the launch of the new Business Class cabin seats.
The new seats will feature on its first flight MH141 from Kuala Lumpur to Sydney on March 23.
It is also available on MAB's flights between Kuala Lumpur and Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, China and India from this month onwards.
