KUALA LUMPUR: Rolls-Royce launched its latest car, Dawn, the RM4 million drophead four-seater, here today.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Kuala Lumpur managing director Datuk Michael Ong said that the super-luxury car is targeted at the ultra-high net worth individuals in Malaysia.
Ong declined to reveal the sales target for Dawn or how many cars Rolls-Royce sold in the Malaysian market last year.
Globally, Rolls-Royce sold 3,700 cars in 2015.
Ong, who is also group executive director of Quill Group, said that the Rolls-Royce is increasingly attracting younger buyers in recent years and the soft-top Dawn is popular with buyers 45 years and younger.
"Rolls-Royce buyers are now the younger generation of affluent buyers," he said at the launch of the Dawn here.
