KOTA KINABALU: The appellate court hearing Putrajaya's appeal related to Sabah's right to 40 per cent of revenue derived from the state has been adjourned.
A three-member bench led by Court of Appeal judge, Justice Datuk Ravinthran N. Paramaguru, fixed May 24 for case management.
