KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Najib Razak was ordered to enter his defence of using his position to obtain bribes totalling RM2.3 billion from 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) funds.
Presiding judge Datuk Collin Lawrence Sequerah ruled that the prosecution had proven prima facie case against the former prime minister.
Najib said he will give evidence under oath.
