KUALA LUMPUR: Some 2,800 opt-in appointments for the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine on May 15-16 at the Kuala Lumpur World Trade Centre (WTCKL) have been rescheduled again due to the rise in Covid-19 infections.
Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said, a total of 19,000 vaccination appointments were initially green-lighted for both dates.
However, he said, only 16,200 recipients would be allowed to receive their jabs to prevent overcrowding and congestion at the WTCKL.
