PUTRAJAYA, 28 Ogos - Despite not being an official guest, the presence of a cat known as 'King Oyen' that is popular on social media became a centre of attention during the third day of the rehearsal for the National Day 2023 celebration. Decked out in a Jalur Gemilang-themed outfit complete with a 'tanjak' and sunglasses, the four year old cat was carried by its owner Siti Zalifah Abdul Aziz on a bicycle around Dataran Putrajaya.
