BENTONG: A Form Five student has been missing since leaving her home in Lurah Bilut here about 9.30pm on Monday.
The family lodged a missing person's report after they could not contact her.
Bentong police chief Superintendent Zaiham Mohd Kahar said Nur Aina Faqihah Shahrizan, 17, was last seen by her younger sister when she left home on Monday.
"The family searched for the girl before they lodged a report at the Bentong police headquarters about 12.15am on July 17.
"Police officers have been mobilised to gather information and track the missing person."
He said Nur Aina Faqihah, who lives in Kampung Lama, is about 165cm tall and has a "sawo matang" complexion.
He urged those with information on her to contact the Bentong police headquarters at 09-223 1999 or the nearest police station.
