SEBERANG JAYA: In a bid to improve its quality and service delivery, the Road Transport Department (RTD) will implement four improvements at all its counters nationwide to reduce congestion and waiting time.
Its director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli said the improvements would be implemented in phases beginning Monday.
"I will discuss with all state directors today to see how best to implement these improvements," he told newsmen after a visit to the state RTD office here today.
