KUCHING: Sarawak caretaker chief minister has cast his vote for the 12th Sarawak state election here, this morning.
Tan Sri Abang Johari Openg arrived at the Satok Sports Complex at 9.56am and had finished casting his ballot by 10.04 am.
He was accompanied by his wife, Puan Sri Juma'ani Tuanku Bujang, who is also a voter in the same constituency.
The Election Commission had reported an 11 per cent voter turnout as of 9am, statewide.
The Meteorological Department expects thunderstorms to occur in the evening in several areas in the state including Kuching, Samarahan, Serian, Sri Aman, Betong, Sarikei, Sibu, and Mukah.
