Apart from LGBT supporters, there are also communists and traitors in PH, claims Pas

KUALA LUMPUR: Pas is against any form of political cooperation with Pakatan Harapan (PH) due to the liberal political and moral ideology aspired by the component parties in the opposition political coalition.

Its president Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang claimed that there were quarters in PH who rejected Islam as well as those rejected the role of the Malay Royal Institution.

Hadi also claimed there were also quarters who supported communist ideology as well as those who are all for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) .

"Apart from LGBT, there are communist and 'khianat' (traitors) in PH.

"(LGBT) Consented a male to marry a person of the same gender, engage in the act of 'sword fighting'… this should not be allowed, this is not (the identity) of our society.

"Therefore, Pas vehemently rejects any form of cooperation with PH," said Hadi when he delivered "Kuliah Dhuha" from Pantai Kelulut, Marang in Terengganu yesterday (Friday).

The session was broadcast live on his Facebook account.

Hadi also did not mince his words when he slammed PH for being 'berat nanang', a Terengganu slang for being extremely difficult to work with or awful.

He also claimed there were quarters in PH who did not only solicit bribes but also offer bribes.

"They clamour about being anti-corrupt but they received contributions from people who offered bribes.

"They champion about eliminating corruption, accusing Umno of corruption but they did not fight against other forms of 'kemungkaran' (atrocity).

"That is why Pas cannot be together with PH, because there are those who supported the LGBT and those who rejected Royals," he said.
