KUALA LUMPUR: An early victory is assured for DAP chairman Lim Guan Eng.
As of 8.28pm, with 65% of ballots counted for the N23 Air Putih seat, Lim has secured 8,710 votes as opposed to PN's Kong Cheng Ann (764) and PRM's Teh Yee Cheu (426).
A total of 9,300 votes out of the 15,371 have been counted so far.
