YOU can get a three-storey luxury “villa terrace” for as low as RM1.2 million when you buy in Putrajaya.
Putra Perdana Development (PPD) Sdn Bhd recently launched Hening — the company’s latest project in Precinct 16 — on one of the last remaining parcels of land in the area.
Hening comprises 39 units of three-storey luxury “villa terraces” and will be built over 2.33 acres of land, making it a low density development.
PPD, the property development arm of Putrajaya Perdana Bhd (PPB), is offering three types of units, with sizes ranging from 3,271 sq ft to 4,496 sq ft. Type A with 16 units and Type C with 12 units will have five bedrooms and 5+1 bathrooms, while Type B with 11 units will be made up of 5+1 bedrooms and 5+1 bathrooms.
According to PPD, the pricing of these properties is based on the type of unit but each starts from RM1.2 million.
Its chief executive officer Akmel Zurin Haron said Hening is a sought-after project for those looking to buy luxury homes in the nation’s strategically designed garden city of Putrajaya.
“Hening has been developed with the notion of combining high quality living, luxury, exclusivity, security and harmony of nature. We believe this unique combination will attract many to these premium lakeside homes,” said Akmel.
Putrajaya, home to Putra Mosque, Perdana Putra and Putrajaya Wetlands Park, is the federal administrative centre of Malaysia.
It is strategically located between Kuala Lumpur International Airport and Kuala Lumpur City Centre with easy access to highways such as North-South Highway, Maju Expressway, Elite Highway, LDP and SILK Highway.
Akmel believes location is an added feature that will attract potential buyers.
“Residents will be able to enjoy the best that Putrajaya has to offer in terms of urban amenities, nature and healthy living. This includes the Putrajaya Hospital, national and international schools, shopping malls, government administration offices, neighbourhood recreational centres, Putrajaya Botanical Gardens, Putrajaya Marina and multiple sports facilities,” he said.
Residents can also join various sports clubs, such as the Triathlon Tri-Amateur Club, the Putrajaya Cycling Club and Dragon Boat Teams.
PPD is offering several incentives to entice potential buyers. Legal fees for the sales & purchase agreement and loan agreement will be waived for buyers plus the free memorandum of transfer.
“Besides that, in collaboration with Tabung Haji Travel Services, each confirmed home purchaser will be entitled to a travel package for two pax. A handover kit will also be provided to all owners to familiarise themselves with the facilities, features and fittings of the unit, surroundings and amenities that are made available to them,” added Akmel.
Hening’s construction work has started with the project expected to be completed by early 2019.
