First Global Group, a real estate agency services provider, hopes to reach a new milestone this year after reporting a strong sales performance of RM1.8 billion in 2021.
Sophia Chong, the company's founder and managing director, attributed the company's success to the dedication and hard work of its sales team.
"During the pandemic, we all worked extremely hard. The outstanding achievement (in 2021) is the best proof of our efforts," she said last week during the company's 5th-anniversary award dinner with the theme "CRAZY RICH NIGHT".
First Global Group, which was founded in 2016, specialises in the purchase, sale, and marketing of residential and commercial properties, offering cutting-edge solutions to buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
Customers are primarily assisted by First Global Group in dealing with residences and commercial centres, as well as in realising their home dreams.
Among the property projects listed on the company's website are LBS Bina developments such as Kita @ Cybersouth, LBS Alam Perdana, Melodi Perdana, Bandar Saujana Putra, LBS Desiran Bayu, and Mah Sing Group Bhd's Meridin East and M Adora.
First Global Group presented 292 awards to its top-performing real estate consultants, leaders, and sales teams during the award dinner.
Chong, who hails from Sabah, thanked everyone for their hard work and dedication over the past year.
"Without all of you, this event would not be possible. First Global Group belongs to everyone. I hope everyone will stay resilient, and let us work together to become the highest-performing real estate agency in Malaysia," she said.
Datuk Wira Joey Lim Hock Guan, managing director and chief executive officer of LBS Bina, also congratulated the winners on their accomplishments.
He expressed hope for a long-term collaboration between LBS and First Global Group.
