Naim Holdings Berhad is actively seeking out land acquisition opportunities in Sarawak to convert the state's land into a more valuable use.
According to Alice Ting, general head of sales and marketing, Naim constantly adapts to fulfil consumer demand for either personal usage or real estate investment.
"We are developing a variety of properties that suit buyers' needs," she said.
Naim was bestowed the 'Corporate Image Award' at the Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers' Association (SHEDA) Property Expo 2022 recently.
The company's head of sales, marketing and leasing (Kuching & Bintulu) Bahrin Wahid said receiving the award is another feather to Naim's cap, which has over the years received many awards.
