KUALA LUMPUR: Grand Global Heights Development Sdn Bhd said the success of its Grand Damansara project indicates sustained robust demand for well-located integrated developments in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
The outstanding sales, according to Song Chin Yew, executive director of the company, indicate not only pent-up demand for premium and strategically positioned residential property but also the special attractiveness of the project, which offers an integrated living experience within a mature suburb.
The 40-storey property provides four different unit designs, ranging from 1+1-room units to three-bedroom apartments across two towers.
Prices start at RM435,800 for a one-bedroom home, RM637,800 for a two-bedroom unit, and RM806,800 for a three-bedroom unit.
According to Song, the company earned a 53 per cent occupancy rate for the second residential tower within a week of its launch.
"Grand Damansara's amazing response has surpassed our expectations," he said.
Song further attributed Grand Damansara's success to its partnership with Didian, a prperty marketplace for brokers and agencies.
Grand Global's head of sales and marketing, Edison Toh, said that the company is ecstatic to see such high demand from young couples, families, and first-time homeowners.
"This affirms our belief that Grand Damansara meets the needs of modern lifestyle preferences of our buyers who subscribe to the ideology of curating a lifestyle at their own pace," he said.
The development presents a harmonious blend of lifestyle and residential units, seamlessly integrated by a podium deck and by retail shops on the ground and first floors, Toh said.
Toh said, location-wise, it is a plus point for the development as it is near seven shopping malls, including Atria Shopping Gallery, the Starling Mall, Centrepoint Bandar Utama, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, 3 Damansara, Megah Rise Mall, and Seventeen Mall.
