KUALA LUMPUR: Avaland Bhd announced that exciting times are ahead as the company plans to complete four property projects worth over RM1.7 billion in the next 18 months.
Additionally, the developer is set to launch the Anja Residences and Signature Retail mixed-use development in Bangi, Selangor, this year, following its land banking initiative in 2023.

Tanco said that this marked a resounding success for Avaland's second project in the luxury category and also the latest addition to the developer's award-winning Aetas series.
Building on the success of Aetas Damansara, which launched during the pandemic and achieved a 100 percent sell-out, the RM504 million Aetas Seputeh signifies Avaland's commitment to excellence in property development.
