KUALA LUMPUR: YNH Property Berhad announced that the company has 10 acres of land surrounding its Solasta Dutamas project in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, earmarked for future developments.
Allan Yu, the group general manager of YNH Property, said that Solasta Dutamas will set the benchmark for these new developments.
"We aim to create a sustainable integrated urban development encompassing a modern residential, commercial, and lifestyle hub, unlocking the value of this parcel of land.
"Our Solasta Dutamas project is a showcase of how our corporate focus on forming strategic joint ventures with landowners can fully unlock the value of the landbank and deliver significant returns on our investment," he said in a statement.
The property company recently celebrated the topping out of Block C, the first tower of the 3.54-acre Solasta Dutamas at Mont Kiara.
The residential project features three towers with a gross development value (GDV) of about RM771 million.
Block C, a 42-storey tower comprising 501 residential suites, is the first to reach its highest point. The other two towers, Block B and Block A, are 33-storey buildings featuring 329 units each.
Yu said that the topping out of Block C marks an important milestone for the company.
"With the support of the operation and construction teams, we have successfully completed the structural framework of Block C within the construction timeline," he said.
Yu said that the remaining two towers, namely Block A and Block B, are progressing well and are at the superstructure stage of construction.
He added that Solasta Dutamas is on track for completion in 2026, and the unbilled sales are expected to contribute positively to the company's future financial performance.
Each unit at Solaris Dutamas ranges in size from 720 square feet to 900 square feet. The units are partially furnished with built-ins and priced at RM697,500.
The facilities include a multi-purpose badminton hall, an outdoor BBQ area, a gymnasium, and a sauna.
