KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Property, the property arm of Sunway Group, achieved RM1.1 billion in bookings across 14 projects nationwide as part of its Signature Series 2024 campaign.
This marks the third consecutive year of growth, with the achievement surpassing the RM1 billion bookings in 2023 and RM800 million in 2022.
The campaign featured special deals and the launch of two new signature homes: Sunway Velocity 3 in Klang Valley and Sunway Aviana in Johor.
Sunway Velocity 3, located within the Sunway Velocity township, saw 60 per cent of its units sold during its opening weekend in May, while Sunway Aviana achieved a 100 per cent take-up in the first two months of its launch.
In a statement, Sunway Property said it will soon launch its first freehold landed home in Sunway City, Iskandar Puteri.
Sunway Property chief brand and marketing officer, Gerard Yuen, attributed the campaign's success to the Sunway Design and Development Architecture (SDDA) philosophy.
"We appreciate the continuous, strong support from our community, affirming the value that SDDA is delivering to our communities. We are committed to creating value for the Sunway community beyond vacant possession. Once they purchase their homes, our homebuyers will benefit from the Sunway Property+ after-sales lifestyle membership programme," he said.
The Sunway Property+ programme offers three key benefits: Care+, Rent+, and Reward+. These pillars provide home maintenance services, rental advantages, and exclusive invites and discounts.
Among the featured projects for the Signature Series 2024 included Sunway Alishan, Sunway Artessa, Sunway Belfield, Sunway d'Hill, Sunway Flora, Jernih Residence, and Sunway Serene in the Klang Valley; Sunway Aviana Residence, Sunway Citrine Residences, Sunway Emerald Residence, and Sunway Lenang Heights in Johor; and Sunway Wellesley in Penang.
