World and Olympic champion Viktor Axelsen is a proud father for the second time.
The 28-year-old Dane announced on social media today that his partner, Natalia Koch Rohde, had given birth to their second child, Aya Rohde Axelsen on Friday. The couple's first child, Vega, was born in October, 2020.
In a short post, accompanied with two pictures, Axelsen said: "Welcome to the world Aya Rohde Axelsen.
"Natalia was once again phenomenal. Our women's doubles is now complete."
Axelsen, who is currently based in Dubai with his family, will return to his hometown in Odense to compete in the Super 750 Denmark Open on Oct 18-23.
It is learnt that the world No 1 will be training alongside compatriot Anders Antonsen and Lee Zii Jia ahead of the competition.
