KUALA LUMPUR: Qaseh Rania Khairul Najib was the only girl among the boys, and yet she was the one who scored a stunning goal with a freekick.
The football video clip of the 13-year-old created a stir in the Internet.
Qaseh, a student of the Puchong Utama 2 primary school, is crazy about football. She has trained with the national women's team and also had a stint with Croatian club NK Osijek FC back in June.
Midfielder Qaseh, who is a supporter of the Selangor Super League team, reportedly got into football due to the influence of her father and brother.
The youngest of three siblings, Qaseh turned out for KL Sunbears FC and was the youngest to play in the 2021 KL women's league.
Qaseh, who is a fan of Johor Darul Ta'zim prodigy Arif Aiman Hanapi, had played with the Under-12 boys team in the 2020 Anfield Cup.
She also represented them at the 2020 TSS Cup and played for the boys Under-10 team in the Suparimau tournament.
