Mendoza leaves KL City, joins Hodak in Indonesia

AFTER three-years with KL City, goalkeeper Kevin Ray Mendoza is saying goodbye to Malaysian football.

The 29-year-old is set to join City Boys' former coach Bojan Hodak in Indonesia, playing for Persib Bandung.

According to statistics on tranfermarkt.com, the Philippines national team custodian has played in 54 matches since joining the Klang Valley based team in 2021.

Out of the 54, 16 clean sheets were recorded.

Mendoza moved from Danish 1st division club Vendsyssel FF on February 11, 2021.

A day after, he helped KL City win 2-0 over Johor Darul Ta'zim at the Malaysia Cup final where he was named man of the match.
