KUALA LUMPUR: Hamdanwahid Rinaldi who is the sole representative from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) bagged a bronze medal for the Malaysian contingent at the 2019 Summer Universiade games in Napoli, Italy.
The bronze also marks the first medal for Malaysia in the Team Sparring event.
Hamdanwahid is part of the Taekwondo team representing the country at the games.
In a Facebook post, UTeM congratulated Hamdanwahid for his success.
The games which started on July 3 ends today.
