Ukraine's Dasha Kovalova (5,221) came in second while American Josie Barnes (5,208) settled for third. A total of 75 bowlers from around the world competed in Rockford.
Jane, who won the Lincoln Open seven years ago, said: "It's been a tough three days of competition. I'm glad I made it happen.
"It was always in my plans to get back on the Tour, I'm just so happy I managed to make it this year. Next up for me is the USBC Queens in Green Bay this week."
Malaysia Tenpin Bowling Congress secretary general, Maradona Chok, believes that the four-time national champion is back to her best.
"A superb performance. She is back at her best this year and I believe she will continue to make waves in the USA," Maradona said.
