Naza Corp appoints Devaraju as deputy group CEO for automotive group

KUALA LUMPUR: Naza Corporation Holdings Sdn Bhd has appointed Ramasamy Devaraju as its deputy group chief executive officer (CEO), Automotive Group with immediate effect today.

Group CEO Datuk Samson Anand George said Devaraju brings extensive knowledge of automotive operations across all segments which will benefit the group’s wide ranging automotive businesses.

“His knowledge and expertise will be key in bringing improvement to the Automotive Group,” he said in a statement.

An Automobile Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Devaraju has previously worked in India and the Middle East where he handled automobile retail operations at companies such as Hindustan Motors, Tata Motors and Mercedes-Benz India.

He went on to spend nearly 14 years in Malaysia with Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad where he last held the position of Director of Operations.

In his capacity as deputy group CEO, Devaraju will support Samson in managing automotive operations, focusing on elevating and enhancing Retail Customer Experience.
