MSM Malaysia concludes revised disposal of MSM Perlis at RM181.11mil

KUALA LUMPUR: MSM Malaysia Holdings Bhd (MSM) has concluded the final disposal of the MSM Perlis with a revised price of RM181.11 million from RM175 million previously.

In an exchange filing today, the sugar refiner said the disposal price had been determined following the terms of the MSM Perlis and agreed between FGV Integrated Farming Holdings Sdn Bhd (FGVIF) and the company.

"The completion net debt and completion working capital of MSM Perlis is RM902,954 and RM5.2 million, respectively."

It added that FGVIF would pay RM6.12 million to MSM on November 9, 2021, as the final disposal price has exceeded the initial disposal consideration of RM175 million.
