CBH Engineering's share price opened 18% higher than its IPO price of 28 sen in its trading debut today on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.

It was traded at 33 sen, with a total of 162 million shares changing hands in the early session today.

Bursa Malaysia opened higher, taking cue from Wall Street's strong performance overnight following lower-than-expected December core inflation data in the US.

The 30-stock key index is expected to hover between 1,565 and 1,580 range today.

In the crypto market, Bitcoin is trading higher at RM438,882.

Ethereum rose to RM14,974 and Solana at RM896.
