#Showbiz: A January wedding for Elfira Loy?

KUALA LUMPUR: Hot on the heels of actress Elfira Loy’s shocking engagement news to a businessman named Faris Khairol Anuar last weekend, is talks of their wedding date said to be in January.

According to news reports, the couple are eager to become husband and wife.

Apparently, they have chosen not to prolong their engagement period after both have experienced heartbreaks from their previous relationships earlier this year.

Elfira, whose engagement to singer Sufian Suhaimi was called off just days before their planned wedding date in March, had come to know Faris sometime in the month of Ramadan.

At the time, Faris was also said to be recovering from a heartbreak.

However, the 24-year-old actress and TV host has yet to issue any official statement following their engagement ceremony which took place last Saturday at her home in Alam Damai.
