Three counts of money laundering under Section Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act (AMLATFPUAA)

Sentenced: July 28, 2020

Sent to jail: Aug 23, 2022

Sentences:

12 years' jail and fines of RM210 million in default five years imprisonment 

10 years' each for three criminal breach of trust and three money laundering charges.
