PETALING JAYA: Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin denied he received any monetary contribution from Ultra Kirana Sdn Bhd (UKSB) as claimed by a former company director at the High Court recently.
"I have personally not received any money or political contribution as reported in the news.
"If I am called to give my statement by any parties, I will give my fullest cooperation," he told a press conference today.
Khairy, who is Rembau Umno division chief, said he has not been called by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.
On June 13, Wan Quoris Shah Wan Abdul Ghani told the High Court that contributions of between RM50,000 and RM200,000 were given by UKSB to the Umno division as political aid and for disaster relief and humanitarian activities.
The contributions, he said, were presented to the Rembau division and not given directly to Khairy who was then the division deputy head.
