JOHOR BARU: Paragon Private and International School's (PPIS) open day on Saturday in Plentong near here drew more than 2,000 visitors.
The crowd consisted of parents and future students, eager to explore the school's curriculum and campus culture.
At the open day, activities were staged, including performances by students.
Parents and students were given tours, while some participated in workshops and trial classes.
School director Lee Hien said the school aimed to shape future leaders, while nurturing and developing students in body, mind, and spirit.
"PPIS is known for its quality education and affordable tuition fees.
"The school has awarded scholarships worth more than RM4 million since 2017."
PPIS' track record includes 30 per cent of students scoring 5As and above in the International General Certificate of Secondary Education examination last year, while 21 per cent scored 5As and above in their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.
The school is also active in extra curriculum and sports activities.
Students participated in the Southern Johor Secondary School Chinese Debate competition and World Scholar Cup, and won a gold and silver medal in the Under 18 basketball competition at the Majlis Sukan Sekolah-Sekolah Daerah Pasir Gudang.
