GE15: PBM to contest in six seats, Zuraida to defend Ampang seat

KUALA LUMPUR: Ampang incumbent member of parliament Datuk Zuraida Kamaruddin will defend her seat in the 15th General Election (GE15).

Embattled Parti Bangsa Malaysia (PBM) secretary-general Nor Hizwan Ahmad said the party will also be defending five other seats in the Nov 19 election.

Nor Hizwan, however, did not provide further details involving the other candidates to contest in the other five seats.

"We will announce in due time," he said after the press conference today.

The other seats held by PBM previously were Kuala Langat in Selangor; Segamat and Tebrau in Johor; Lahad Datu in Sabah; and Julau in Sarawak.
